Poet Hanna Asefaw grew up in low-income housing, observing the unspoken rules of the building and how the community created unity and friendship despite their differences. Through an electrifying spoken-word performance, Asefaw revisits her childhood universe reimagined in miniature, and reflects on community, diversity and belonging—and the political indifference that broke it apart.
