- As a courtesy, please turn off all electronic devices during the screening.
- Please note that at certain screenings and special events, photographs and video will be taken inside the cinema. By entering with a ticket, you are permitting Hot Docs and the Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema to use your image in all future press, marketing, and collateral materials.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove with cause any ticket holders engaging in objectionable behavior or not adhering to aforementioned cinema policies.
By using your tickets, packages, or memberships, the user waives and releases Hot Docs and the Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema from all claims he/she may have against Hot Docs for any loss, damage, injury, liability, or expense he/she may suffer arising from his/her presence at the Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema or the event venue due to any reason whatsoever, incuding those arising from personal injury, property loss/damage or death.
