Anna Olson is “Canada’s Dessert Doyenne” and the internationally known host of Food Network Canada’s Bake with Anna Olson. Her latest, #1 best-selling cookbook, Anna Olson’s Baking Wisdom, is a master class in baking, features 150 perfected recipes—both savoury and sweet—for home cooks of all skill levels.
