Watch in Cinema

A candid fly-on-the-wall glimpse into the creative process and the extraordinary life and career of Emmy Award-winning and Academy Award-nominated costume designer Patricia Field (Sex and the City, The Devil Wears Prada), whose unique vision has impacted fashion and popular culture for nearly six decades. The film follows Field’s fabulous story from her early days opening a clothing store in 1960s New York City through to her iconic rise as of one film and television’s more in-demand designers. Starting out as a gay, female, first-generation American, everything seemed to be stacked against her. Still, this fashion powerhouse was set on success, and with creative business savvy, a strong work ethic, and boundless determination, she pumped on to develop what would become an illustrious 50+ year career.
