Each Festival, Hot Docs facilitates valuable promotional and networking opportunities for visiting producers through the Hot Docs Delegations Program.
Hot Docs is pleased to host five official delegations at the 2025 Festival:

- DOC Northwest Delegation
- DOC Atlantic Delegation
- Atlantic Canadian Delegation
- OYA Black Arts Coalition (OBAC) Delegation
In addition to partaking in conference sessions, market events and services, the delegations will be available to network, fostering business and coproduction relationships with fellow Canadian and international attendees.
