August 2023: Hot Docs Alumni Successes
This month, we're excited to announce that Hot Docs-Blue Ice Docs Fund alumni The Mother of All Lies (D: Asmae El Moudir) has joined the 2023 TIFF Docs lineup!
Congratulations to four Hot Docs alumni projects on being selected for funding via Telefilm Canada's Theatrical Documentary Program! The selected alumni titles include Disco's Revenge (D: Omar Majeed, Peter Mishara, Hot Docs-Slaight Family Fund), Black Zombie (D: Maya Després-Bedward, Doc Accelerator & CrossCurrents Canada Doc Fund), The Visitors (D: Carol Nguyen, Doc Accelerator), and Saints and Warriors (D: Patrick Shannon, Hot Docs Incubator).
